From BRC certified, nut-free sites, including the company’s UK HQ, Dawn Foods supplies into the artisanal bakery, foodservice, retail and food manufacturing channels.
Our exciting products include all kinds of professional bakery ingredients from mixes, bases and concentrates for sweet treats such as muffins, cookies, donuts, brownies and creme cakes to mixes for traditional cakes, scones and pastries. While Dawn’s Balance range offers high quality vegan as well as gluten free mixes for delicious ‘better-for-you’ bakes. Create signature sweet bakery products with our icings, frostings, glazes and premium fruit fillings.
There’s versatile Royal Steensma Souplesse coatings in a range of flavours too along with Fruitease premium candied fruit, and a ready-to-use Salted Caramel Filling too. Dawn is also a UK distributor of Dobla ® chocolate decorations.
The majority of Dawn’s salespeople are trained bakers too, so they have hands-on experience in being able to advise on the right way to use our ingredients for best results in your bakery.
